How do I make printable labels?
You can print a page of identical labels by first running Microsoft Word from your computer. Next, go Mailings and then select Labels. Click on the Options bar at the bottom of the Folder and Labels window. Go to Label Vendors and select your vendor and product. If you’re done, click OK. If you can’t find your product number, go to New Label and then create a custom label.
Type in your address or other details on the Address box. To include an address from your list of contacts, click Insert Address. You can adjust the label format by selecting and right-clicking a text and then making configurations using Font or Paragraph. Once you’re done, click OK. Please make sure your Print option is set as Full page of the same label, not Single Label. Click on Print, and your label sheet will start printing!
How do I print 4 labels per page?
If you want to print a four label page sheet from your Inkjet or Laser printer, here’s what you need to do. First, download an Adobe-Acrobat or some other PDF reader software and install it on your computer. If you already have one on your computer, you can skip this step.
Next, launch your shipping or address label in PDF format from your computer. Go to Print and click on More Settings. Adjust the Scale (%) and reduce it to 70%. Select Landscape (vertical) as your print orientation setting. Adjust quality, color, and other print settings according to your preference. Finally, click on Print, and your 4 label sheet will begin printing.
What are standard label sizes?

Yes, both 5160 and 5260 label products from the Avery brand are the same. The 5160 Avery template can also work with other Avery products, including the 15510, 15660, 18160, 5260, 5630 and 5660. All of them have the same size and are compatible with the same set of printers. The differences in number pertain to intended use or application.
