Frequently Asked Questions for Label Sheets

What are sheet labels?

Similar to standard printer paper, Sheet labels print easily using laser and inkjet printers. But while printer paper offers a blank page, a sheet label provides blank label(s) for printing. The type of label is sold in different packages, from 100 to 500 sheets per box. They are also available online from numerous different manufacturers and retailers.

Sheet labels come in different materials, including waterproof, gloss white, and numerous other types. They are also available in a range of colors that can suit the majority of needs and preferences. These labels can cater to numerous uses, including address labels and shipping labels, to name a few.

How do I print multiple labels on one sheet?

Start by running Microsoft word from your computer and open a New or Blank document. Go to Mailings on the Menu bar at the top of the document page and then click Start Mail Merge. From the drop-down section, select the Step-by-Step Mail Merge Wizard option at the bottom.

After selecting Mail Merge Wizard, a command panel called “Mail Merge” will pop-up from the right-hand corner. It lets you choose the type of document you want to use. Select Labels as the document type and then click on Next: Starting document at the bottom. You’ll be given a series of options for setting up your documents. Click on “Change document layout,” followed by Label options at the bottom.

A “label options” window will appear. First, choose the type of printer you want to use from the “Printer Information” section. For standard printers, choose Page printers. After that, click on the “Label information” section and choose Microsoft from the list of label vendors. Next, choose your label’s product number from the “Product number” list and then select 30 per page or any “amount per page” as your label options. Click OK to save changes.

How many labels are on a sheet?

The number of labels on a sheet will vary mainly on the size of the label. The smaller the size, the higher the number of labels there is per sheet. Here are the different label sizes and their corresponding number labels per sheet.
