• How do I make 4 labels in Word?

  You can use Microsoft Word to make four labels and print them using an inkjet or laser printer. We recommend printing your labels to a sheet of paper before loading labels into the printer for best results. This way, you can make sure the text aligns with the labels before printing them on your actual sheet or label. 

  • Open Microsoft Word from your PC
  • Navigate your way to Mailings > LabelsClick on Options and select a label vendor and product to use. Click OK. If your product number isn’t visible, click on New Label and configure a custom label.
  • Enter an address or other information in the Address box (text only). If you want to use an address from your list of contacts, click on Insert Address.
  • To configure the label formatting, right-click on the text, and make changes using Font or Paragraph. Click Ok
  • Select Full page of the same label. Click Print 
  • Click on Print or New Document if you want to edit, save and print later.
