If you’re looking for the cheapest and easiest way to ship items, then PayPayl Shipping is a good choice. But if you weren’t aware that Paypal’s service includes shipping labels, then chances are you don’t know how to print Paypal Shipping Labels just yet.

In this article, we will discuss how to print Paypal shipping labels. We also shared a special tip on where to find the cheapest shipping labels so you can save more money on your business.

Let’s get started.

How to Print Paypal Shipping Labels

Step 1:

    • Open up your web browser.
    • Go to the browser bar on top of your screen.
    • Enter www.paypal.com/ship.

The action will take you to Paypal’s login page.

Step 2: Log in to your Paypal account. If you don’t have a Paypal account yet, you’ll need to Sign Up. Click here for a detailed discussion on how to Sign up for Paypal.

Step 3: Once you’re logged in, a dialogue box where you can fill in your basic information will appear. Type in the:

    • Ship Address (the address you want to ship to)
    • Country
    • Name
    • City
    • Address
    • State
    • E-mail (if you want to get notifications and updates about the package)

Step 4: Once you’ve filled out the form and the address where you want to ship the package, click on the blue button “Ship to this Address.” You will then see your shipping address form and the address on the left-hand side of the page. You can choose whether this address will be the same as the return address or if it’s another address. Just click on your choice, and then type the new zip code.

Step 5: Select the different Shipping Information (Example: USPS). The shipping information will depend on your address. If you’re in a different country, the Drop Down Menus will look slightly different because the carriers between countries will vary.

Shipping Information options include:

  • Priority Mail – enables you to get your package in a few days.
  • Package size – Small, Medium, Large
  • Weight – make sure you weigh your package to purchase the right shipping amount. Package weight is up to 70 lbs.
  • Tracking – you can check or uncheck. If you want to track, you can specify a carrier.
  • Signature of Confirmation – important to verify whether the receiver received the package.
  • Display Postage Cost on the Label – you may choose to uncheck this if you don’t want your receiver to see how much you’ve paid for the package.
  • Add insurance – if it’s an item of great value, adding insurance up to the item’s value would be a good decision.
  • Mailing Date – choose when to mail the package by specifying the date.
  • Calculating Shipping Costs – every carrier will have different options. For flat rate boxes, there will be a flat-rate fee. If you chose a delivery service like UPS, the fee would differ. The Calculate Shipping Cost option will calculate based on your package’s weight.

Important Note: Make sure you fill in the right package information. If you purchase the wrong size or package, the carrier will return the package to you, and it will be a waste of time and money on your part.

Step 6: Confirm and Pay. Click on “Confirm and Pay” to get to the actual page where you can print the label. You can pay either through Paypal or whatever payment form you have on your Paypal account. Your Shipping Summary will be presented to you so you can check the details before you start printing.

Step 7: Print. Click on the “Print” button above the Shipping Summary section. It will bring up a PDF that shows the printing instructions. Just save the file and print it on whatever printer you are using. You can cut the printed label at the broken line – make sure you don’t cover up the little bar code because if you do, it would be difficult for certain carriers to scan it through the postal system.

How do I create a label on PayPal without an invoice?

Creating a shipping label on Paypal without an invoice is not rocket science once you know the trick. Make sure you have everything you need to get started.

What you need:

    • PayPal account
    • Printer
    • Digital scale
    • Shipping information
    • Clear tape

If you have a digital scale and PayPal account, all that’s left for you to have is a secret PayPal shipping label link. Unless you are shipping an item from another source such as eBay, it isn’t easy to find a PayPal shipping label generator link on PayPal’s website. Bookmark the link below if you need to print shipping labels at another time.

The process:

    • Weigh your package with a digital scale
    • Compute the shipping costs with a digital calculator
    • Confirm and pay your label, print it on a label paper
    • Embed the printed label on the box or envelope with clear packing tape or shipping pouch.

That’s all you need to do.

Are our shipping labels cheaper through PayPal?

Shipping labels are cheaper through Paypal than retail shipping like UPS and USPS. PayPal Shipping offers discounted shipping rates from UPS and USPS. You get USPS Commercial Base Pricing for USPS, while SPS provides daily rate discounts for US domestic shipping.

The bottom line is that it is cheaper to ship with UPS and USPS through PayPal Shipping. The services are not as varied, but PayPal generally offers a good deal.

Where to Find Cheap Paypal Compatible Shipping Labels

PayPal Shipping might be a great choice for your shipping needs depending on your situation. And if you’re already used to using PayPal, it can be quite convenient for you to set up this shipping method for your small business or personal shipping needs.

You can save even more time and money by using compatible shipping labels. You can make the most of it with direct thermal fanfold labels if you have a direct thermal printer, and there’s no need for you to buy ink, ribbon, or toner with the direct printing method.

This printing method lets you do in-house label printing, so you don’t have to spend money on outside printing services.

Compatible shipping labels are cheaper than original brands, but that doesn’t mean they don’t offer the same quality. Compatible shipping labels sell like pancakes because of their cost-effectiveness and ability to deliver the same quality results. Here are some of our popular labels that are perfect for printing Paypal shipping labels.
